改性双基推进剂燃速温度敏感度的讨论

摘要:
本文评述和讨论了改性双基推进剂的燃速温度敏感度问题.双基推进剂中引入硝胺炸药和细粒度高氯酸铵,能显著降低推进剂的燃速温度敏感度.这是因为它们本身具有较高的热稳定性,同时对推进剂基体的物理结构和化学动力学特性产生了影响.凝聚相的作用是主要的,气相的作用是次要的.

A DISCUSSION ON BURNING RATE TEMPERATURE SENSITIVITY OF COMPOSITE-MODIFIED DOUBLE-BASE (CMDB) PROPELLANTS

Abstract:
A review and discussion on burning rate temperature sensitivity of CMDB propellants is made in the paper. The burning rate temperature sensitivity of propellants can be decreased obviously, by means of filling nitramine and finegranular ammonium perchlorate in double-base propellants. It is the cause of the decrease that the fillers have better thermostabilily, moreover, they effect the physical structure and the che-modynamics properties of the propellants. The influece acts mainly in condensation phase in gas phase secondly.
