双钴-1推进剂粘弹力学性能的实验研究

摘要:
本文利用DDV-Ⅲ-EA动态粘弹谱仪,对双钴-1固体推进剂的动态粘弹力学性能进行了实验测定.通过频-温(时-温)等效原理,动-静态粘弹力学特性间的关系,经过计算机分析处理给出了复模量E(ωα_T)和应力松弛模量E(t/α_T)主曲线及其数学表达式.其如果对固体火箭发动机装药结构完整性分析计算有实用意义.

Abstract:
With dynamic viscoelasticity testing device DDV-III-EA the dynamic viscoe-lastic properties of Sco-1 solid propellant samples are measured, Main curves and formulae of complex modulus E*(ωaT) as well as stress relaxation modulus E (f/ aT ) are obtained through computerisation and analysis based on the principle of frequency-temperature (time-temperature)equivalence, and relations between dynamic and static viscoelasticities. This paper is available to the analysis and the computation of graim structural integrity in solid rocket engines.
