摘要:

本文分析了美国发动机出厂价格与其技术性能、生产规模及采购环境等因素的相互关系,并通过对有关采购合同的数据所进行的统计回归,建立了具有良好估算精度并可供实用的估算模型,实现了在较高精度下对美国发动机出厂价格及采购合同的定量估算.还提出了产品成本-总量-性能之间存在着“成本=常量(总量)性能”的关系.

Abstract:

Under the thought to simulate, the practical parchase processes and policies as realizablly as possible, the relations among the US SRM’s fly-away cost and the thchnical performances, production scale, purchase enviroments and other factors are analysed in this paper. By use of the Least Sqares Method for statistic price data taken from the SRM purchase contracts, a usable method to estimate the CER and CEM of SRM’s fly-away cost with satisfied precision are established. In addition, a new type of CER such as ’Cost = Constant. (Total quantity)performance’ to indicate the relations among the product cost, total quantity and performance is also presented.
