本文通过试件燃烧表面激光阴影高速摄影、燃面扫描电镜分析和X光电子能谱测试结果,提出了CaCO3与过氯酸铵(AP)的作用机理,解释了CaCO3对AP的低压(<1.96MPa)增速高压(>1.96MPa)降速的现象. |

Abstract: |
In this paper, the observation of the burning processes of AP-PU sandwiches with and without CaCO3 by means of the loser-shadow high speed cinephotomi-crography, analysis of burning surface of some samples with scanning electron microscope, and examination of the burning surface of AP-PU solid composite propellant by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are discribed. Based on the above experiments, a knid of mechanism of the effects of CaCO3 upon AP burning rates has been proposed to explain the reason of increasing of burning rate at low pressure (<1.96MPa) and decreasing at high pressure (>1.96MPa). |
