| Abstract: |
| Experimental method for ablation of throat liner material in a high pressure gas launch device is introduced.Experimental results of materials such as gun brass, tungsten infiltrated copper, tungsten infiltrated silver, tantalum 10-tungsten, and molybdenum alloy are presented in this paper. The tantalum 10-tungsten displayed the best ablation resistant ability. |
