针对航空发动机整体叶盘结构的失谐响应放大问题,在叶盘结构中引入半主动压电阻尼技术,并利用基于非线性模态分析的非线性系统频域响应快速算法-非线性部件模态综合(NCMS)法对具有基于负电容的同步开关阻尼(SSDNC)的叶盘结构动力学特性进行理论探究。分析结果表明NCMS法相比于Newmark法具有很高的计算效率,并能保证较高计算精度;SSDNC能够同时对叶盘结构的多阶振动模态都产生较好的抑制效果,并对多谐波激励下叶盘结构的所有振动峰值都产生较好的抑制效果(对于本文所用模型,振动峰值下降可达到73%);统计分析表明,SSDNC的振动抑制效果对叶盘结构机械失谐以及电路参数失谐均不敏感。 |

To the problem of amplified vibration induced by the mistuning of the blisk in aero engine, the synchronized switch damping based on negative capacitor (SSDNC) is introduced, and a nonlinear component modal synthesis (NCMS) method in frequency domain is proposed to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the blisk with SSDNC. The results show that NCMS method has higher computational efficiency compared with the Newmark method, and meanwhile, has enough computational accuracy. SSDNC has effective vibration-suppression performance for multi-modes with one group of parameters, and SSDNC has significant superiority to suppress the vibration of the blisk under multi-engine-order excitation (the response can be suppressed 73% for the model used in this paper). The stochastic analysis turns out that the vibration-suppression performance of SSDNC is insensitive to the mistuning of the blisk and that of the electrical circuits. |
